Dann's Electrical does complete commercial electrical fit-outs for offices, shops, clinics, cafes and warehouses across Penrith and greater Sydney. That covers switchboards, power, lighting, data and comms, emergency and exit lighting and equipment connections, planned with your builder so everything is in place before the walls close up. Every fit-out is handed over with the compliance paperwork done.
A fit-out has a hard deadline: lease start, opening day or move-in. We plan the electrical scope with your builder, designer or project manager early, so power, lighting and data are in the right place when the walls close up.
We coordinate the electrical package: switchboards and sub-boards, power and lighting, data and comms, emergency and exit lighting, signage and equipment connections, and hand over with the compliance paperwork done.

Fit-out compliance
Certificate and testing rules from the NSW Government and SafeWork NSW.
The NSW Government says CCEW copies go to the electrical distributor where required, for example, new installations or work affecting the network connection.
SafeWork NSW says plug-in equipment on construction and demolition sites should be inspected and tested at least once every three months.
From 1 July 2026, Certificates of Compliance for Electrical Work must be submitted through the BCNSW eCert portal, and handwritten or PDF forms are no longer accepted. You can be sent a copy automatically.
