A Level 2 electrician is an Accredited Service Provider authorised to work on the network side of your property: the service line from the pole or pit and the point of supply. A regular electrician can't do this work.
Dann's Electrical is a Level 2 Accredited Service Provider (ASP 7538) and holds all four Level 2 classes in-house, with Endeavour Energy authorisation for service line work and Plus ES authorisation for metering. That means we can disconnect, reconnect and upgrade your supply ourselves, across Penrith, Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury.

Your poles and wires
Private poles, service lines and point-of-supply rules from Endeavour Energy.
Endeavour Energy says it is your responsibility to maintain privately owned assets, which can include power poles, overhead powerlines, underground cables and crossarms on your property.
Endeavour Energy says where a defect repair involves disconnecting power at the point of supply, the electrician must also be a Level 2 Accredited Service Provider.
Endeavour Energy recommends inspecting private assets before bushfire season and after major storms, and can fix delayed defects in bushfire-prone areas and recover the cost.
Endeavour Energy says that in rural areas, the connection point is the first private pole within your property. Private assets past that point are generally yours to maintain.
If Endeavour replaces your overhead service and your consumer mains fail testing, the upgrade becomes your responsibility. Endeavour says you can have them tested by a qualified service provider beforehand.
Endeavour Energy may apply diversity and load factors to set an assessed load that is lower or higher than the one applied for. We size upgrades on real numbers and handle the application.
